Dear Readers – thank you for making 2019 a great year for this site. 12,171 readers from 113 countries, up from 11,267 readers in 91 countries in 2018.  80% of readers are from Canada and the United States and 10% come from Australia and the United Kingdom combined.

Today I am publishing the Top Ten most viewed posts from 2019. After the list, I share a few exciting things happening in 2020.

Here are some events I am excited about in 2020.

Proclaim: The Archdiocese of Vancouver launched a new evangelization movement. More than 1,000 disciples attended the first Upper Room conference in October and several hundred are being trained to launch their own evangelization initiatives in early 2020. More info here: Proclaim

BREATHE Marriage Conference: Good friends of ours, Gerald and Denise Montpetit founded a powerful Children’s Ministry called CatChat. Now they are launching a new ministry for Marriage and Family Life – BREATHE a Catholic Marriage Conference. This wonderful two-day event is coming to the Vancouver area on February 7th – 8th. More info here: BREATHE

New Evangelization Summit (NES): This one day conference is designed to inspire and equip disciples in the work of evangelization. I will be speaking at the live event on Saturday April 25th in Ottawa.  The NES is broadcast to 7 host sites around North America. Other speakers include Fr Robert Spitzer, Sherry Weddell and Michael Dopp.  More info here: NES

The Way of the Heart: This is a bi-weekly podcast with my good friend, Jake Khym. We created the podcast as a follow-up to the transformative Men’s Retreats here in Vancouver but listeners hail from all over North America. After surveying our subscribers and taking it to prayer, Jake and I have 26 new episodes lined up for 2020!  Find the website here: WOTH

There’s a few speaking events I’m excited about – a Diocesan Priests study week, parish mission and men’s retreat. I’m not sure if organizers have started promoting these events so I better keep the locations on the down-low. Please keep all these in your prayers, thank you!

Merry Christmas and Blessed Abundance in 2020!

Brett
